What Is It?
Our review management service monitors your company's reviews on Google, Yelp, and any requested site that your company may use. We reply to reviews to show appreciation for the positive comments and apologize for the negative reviews. We also create a list of customers who left negative reviews to send to the company to offer more of a resolution to the unhappy customers.
Our review management service price is based on the number of platforms we manage and the amount of interaction you would like us to have. As this will change from client to client, we will create a custom quote for you after our initial consultation.
Security and Customer Service
Our dedicated account managers are the only people who interact with your private information. We maintain a very high level of security, so your confidential information stays private.
We do not use a call center or a machine answering software; you will always get an account manager on the phone and receive the most reliable customer service.
